• We process orders within 1-2 business days
• We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product information, or suspected fraud

We ship worldwide with some exceptions in Asia and remote regions. Here’s the deal:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processing. We’re not responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier.

We want you to be 100% stoked with your gear. If something’s not right:

• You have 15 days from delivery to request a return or exchange
• Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached) with original packaging
• Email [email protected] with your order number and details
• We can’t accept returns on blankets/towels removed from packaging, intimate apparel without tags, or items showing wear
• Return shipping is on you unless we made an error

When we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Money goes back to your original payment method
• Original shipping costs aren’t refundable (unless we messed up)
• Depending on your bank, it might take 3-10 additional days to see the refund
