Our Shipping and Returns policy is here to keep things smooth, simple, and straight-up rock ’n’ roll.

SHIPPING INFO

Order Processing:
We kick things into gear fast! Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is locked, loaded, and shipped, we’ll shoot you a confirmation email with tracking details so you can ride along with your package.

Shipping Methods & Time:

  • Standard Shipping: We ship with DHL or FedEx. Delivery usually takes 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we hook you up with free shipping via EMS. Delivery takes 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: We ship worldwide, but some areas in Asia and remote regions may be excluded. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% stoked with your order. If something isn’t right, we’ve got your back.

The Basics:
You have 15 days from the day you receive your items to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached)
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by your original order confirmation or receipt

What Can’t Be Returned?
We’re flexible, but for hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Blankets & Towels (from our BLANKETS N TOWELS category) that have been removed from their original packaging
  • Any intimate apparel or clothing items without original tags
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Use the subject line: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  3. Include your order number, full name, email, item details, and reason for return/exchange.
  4. Wait for our approval—we’ll respond within 2 business days with shipping instructions.
  5. Pack your items securely and ship to the address we provide. Keep your tracking number! We’re not responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are on you, unless we sent the wrong item or it was defective. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping to send your new item once we receive the return.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Method: Funds are returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made an error).

Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to show up in your account.

EXCHANGES

Want a different size, color, or design? No problem! Follow the same return process. Once we receive your original item, we’ll ship your new one within 1-2 business days and email you the tracking info. If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it’s less, we’ll refund you.
